Founded in 2025, Ideal Wilderness Studio is a Region Focused Urban Design, City Planning and Architecture Practice led by Kathleen Fogler.

As Lead Urban Designer and Master Planner for the Fitzsimons Innovation Community (FIC), Kathleen coordinated the multidisciplinary team responsible for mobility, civil engineering, landscape design, technical reports, and the full GDP entitlement process. She led stakeholder and public presentations and guided the spatial and development framework that increased planned density from 6 million to 18 million square feet. Her work ensured the campus’s infrastructure, mobility network, and open space systems could support a high-density research and innovation district aligned with long-term growth objectives.
